Amazing room, cost effective and friendly staff, Jackie at the front desk was very professional, with amazing customer service
This Howard Johnson is nice. Rooms are large, beds are soft and seems pretty quiet. Close to grocery store, and has microwave and mini fridge for you to use.
Thought it was a hotel when I booked it but it is a motel. Stayed for 4 nights. The lobby is on the 2nd floor. Parking was easy and free. Staff was nice. A bit loud in the morning with the housekeeping and other guests walking past the room. Keep your blinds closed or else everyone passing by can see you. Breakfast was bagels and coffee. Nothing fancy. No TV in the lobby area either. There is a Starbucks close by if that’s what you prefer. Super close to the beaches. Rooms a bit outdated but clean. Beds comfy. Overall a decent stay for what we paid.
Rooms are very good , clean , big in size , ac and heater both are functional Breakfast definitely needs to improve. But definitely worth the stay if in that area
This room was very clean except for the carpet, and the bed was comfortable. The issue's we had are there were no comfortable chairs to sit on, and the room was on the small side for a three night stay. The room we had was pretty much for sleeping only.
The people working here very friendly and welcoming. They must really like to clean because the place is super clean. The quality of the air in the room is super imprtant to me and the air in the room was perfect. Brand new window unit and zero dust. Availbilty of a light a breakfast was a nice bonus. I thought with the room rate low as it was that it would be a compromised stay. It wasn't. For sure I would stay here again if in the area.
Great place to stop by. The rooms are big, they serve free breakfast, and is out in the open. There are even rooms with balcony.
We’ve stayed at this property several times and consistently find it clean and well-staffed. We were especially grateful that the team accommodated our request for two rooms close together and away from the elevator. While we enjoyed our stay, a few amenities were missing: the shower only had a shampoo/conditioner combo (no soap), and there was no coffee maker or clock in the room. This wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but it’s something other guests might want to prepare for.
